Refund policy
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Purchases made between 11/21-12/24 are eligible for an extended holiday season exchange. Must be regular priced, non-seasonal items. All exchanges must be made by 1/10/26.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping on any returns accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items or gift cards.
Return/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days for exchange or store credit, we do not offer refunds. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. If you do exchange within 14 days, to complete your exchange we require items to have a receipt or proof of purchase with original tags attached, must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as purchased. If purchased shoes, must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. You can either bring in your item to exchange or ship it back to us to exchange but you are responsible for shipping costs as stated in shipping policy. You may exchange for the same item if we still have it in stock or exchange for another item of equal or higher value and you will pay the difference if you get an item of higher value. No exchange or store credit will be given on any Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle Payments
You have 3 DAYS to contact store if an item is defective for exchange ONLY.
Accessories
Jewelry, home decor, candles, wax melts, car fresheners, pillowcases, hair products, roller oils/ perfumes and hair accessories are FINAL SALE.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged after purchase is made and are FINAL SALE. Discounted items of any kind including seasonal, last call, daily sales, and holiday sales are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for store credit/exchange.
Sequin Items
All sequin and glitter items are FINAL SALE. This includes dresses, tops and bottoms.
Swimwear
All swimwear is final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns are for store credit only.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
